Q: I want to see samples of the actual threads in real life do you sell swatches?
A: Yes we sell thread swatch sets when available, you will find details of them on each of the product pages. The price and purchase option is located at the bottom of the drop down menu lists.

Q: How can I compare the threads so I know which is most suitable for my needs?
A: Visit our thread comparison page to see all the threads laid out so you can see the differences.

Q: Do you have the item I want in stock?
A: We always aim to answer yes to this question, but sometimes out of stocks occur. We regularly order books from Japan so we will place any out of stock item on back-order for you and advise you of this.

Q: Can I pay on my credit card?
A: Yes of course, our cart will check out using pay-pal and you may choose to draw money from your bank account or credit card.

Q: Your prices are cheaper than EBay, are your books second hand?
A: Our books are all 100% fresh off the Japanese presses. 100% new and that's a promise.

Q: Are your prices in USD or AUD?
A: Our prices are in Australian dollars.

Q: Do you ship to overseas destinations?
A: No due to ever increasing international postal rates we only ship our products within Australia

Q: I have placed a large order can I insure it?
A: All domestic orders $50 and over are insured and sent by registered Australia Post. International orders are not insured.

Q: The postal quote in the shopping cart is really high, are you really charging that much?
A: Unfortunately, our postage calculator runs by a 'best guess' system. Generally it is fairly accurate but for large domestic orders (multiple books etc) the postage amount charged through the cart can be much higher than the actual cost of postage. In this case whenever the difference is more than $5.00 we will refund you the difference. We always post your order via the safest, most economical method, we also use clean recycled packing when possible... it's better for our environment and means we can keep or packing costs to a minimum.
